We'd love to hear from you whether you're ready to lease or just have questions!
Lake View Lofts is currently accepting lease applications. The process is simple. Contact us through the form to the right or email info@lakeviewloftsmkg.com and let us know what unit you are interested in or any questions you have. We will then send you an application form to be completed by everyone over 18 that will be living in the apartment. Once those applications are completed, we will send each applicant a link to Transunion SmartMove to complete the on-line screening process.
Is there an application fee? Yes, Transunion charges a $40 fee for tenant screening checks. Lake View Lofts does not charge a fee.
Are pets allowed? Yes, Lake View Lofts is pet friendly. There will be an additional pet deposit required.
